Norwegian Careers (norwegiancareers.com) is run by Pål Arnesen, based in Milan, Italy. These terms apply to every purchase of The Norway Job Playbook made through norwegiancareers.com. By buying the book, you agree to these terms.
2. Product description
The Norway Job Playbook is a digital PDF ebook delivered by instant download. It is not a physical item and will not be shipped. It is not a subscription, and buying it does not entitle you to future updates or new editions, though updated versions may be offered separately.
3. Ordering and payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payment Links. When you click "Pay", you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the price shown.
Prices are displayed in the relevant currency. Taxes may be included in the price or added at checkout according to the law that applies to your purchase. Prices may change for future buyers; the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.
4. Delivery of digital content
After your payment succeeds, you are taken to a hidden download page and/or sent a receipt email with details for accessing the file. Delivery is immediate in normal circumstances.
Please download and securely store your own copy of the PDF after purchase, so you keep access to it for your personal use.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under EU rules on digital content, when a download is supplied immediately and you agree to start using it straight away, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal can be lost. By buying The Norway Job Playbook, you acknowledge that you get instant access to the file and that the normal 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once the download has begun.
Pål's actual policy is straightforward:
- No refunds for a change of mind once the file has been downloaded.
- A refund or a re-send will be considered if the file is faulty or you genuinely cannot access it despite reasonable help.

6. License and acceptable use
When you buy the ebook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use only.
You may:

To the extent allowed by law, Pål Arnesen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the ebook. Where liability cannot be excluded, any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ebook. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Italy. If you are a consumer, you still keep any mandatory rights and protections that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes to the product or terms
The content of the ebook and these terms may be updated for future buyers. When these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. The version of these terms in force at the moment of your purchase applies to that transaction.
